Exciting news from the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ team! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve reached a major milestone on the speculative industrial park project, , in Mesa, Arizona. The tilt-up concrete walls are being erected, and we’re excited to share a timelapse of the progress so far. This industrial park will include 828,718 SF in 5 buildings in phase one and 3 more buildings in phase two, spanning 112 acres and over 1.5M SF of development. Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ is also leading the design and coordination efforts for public road improvements and infrastructure to support the project. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development!
